This fall, we’ve been working hard at the three bedroom cabin (Big Otter) on Otter Island! Returning guests will notice many improvements made for the 2019 season, and new guests will enjoy Big Otter’s wilderness comforts. The cabin footings were adjusted as needed, so the cabin is structurally stronger. We replaced the shingles with a durable tin roof and removed the old front door. You can now sit inside the cabin and look out at the fire pit and dock through French doors! We also put in two large skylights which let natural light flood through the cabin like never before!
